The cover design for the BRANDING issue of Graffica magazine is presented as an innovative, handcrafted exercise that synthesises the essence of the concept behind branding: a process of layered construction that culminates in a solid, recognisable identity.

The centrepiece of the cover is a three-dimensional letter B built manually, using methacrylate as the main material.
This letter not only acts as an eye-catching graphic element, but visually symbolises the layers and stages involved in the creation of a brand
Each layer of the perspex varies in shape and thickness, alluding to the various parts of the creative and strategic process that converge to create a cohesive and strong identity.
The end result is a solid block that stands out for its clarity, precision and modernity, essential attributes for branding.
The handcrafted approach, combined with the choice of Perspex, adds a contemporary, sophisticated and tactile touch, ensuring that the cover not only communicates visually, but also evokes the quality and detail intrinsic to effective branding.
All typography has been hand-assembled and photographed in the studio.
