Latorre Punset
Latorre Punset is a company founded in 1961 in Barcelona, which has managed to establish itself as a symbol of quality in the food and catering sector.
Renowned for producing canned and packaged products of excellence, its catalogue includes specialities such as Cantabrian anchovies, anchovies, gildas, mussels and cockles, as well as a handmade vermouth that stands out for its unique flavour.
For the creation of its visual identity, we were inspired by the essence of its products: concentrated and carefully preserved.
We developed a typographic system based on the use of a condensed typography, which visually represents the compression and concentration characteristic of canned food.
This typography covers the packaging, giving a strong graphic personality and a distinctive character to the brand.
The system is complemented by a colour code that efficiently organises and differentiates the different product families, making it easy for consumers to quickly identify each category.
The logo, a fish-shaped can opener, pays homage to the classic manual can opener, evoking both tradition and the freshness of the canned product.
The combination of all these elements results in a coherent visual identity, which highlights the purity, quality and authenticity of the food that Latorre Punset offers, reflecting its history and commitment to excellence since 1961.
